Monday morning
I weighed myself today and took all the measurements. Great way to start a vacation. We are heading up into the mountains of western Maryland where it is cooler. We plan to do some fishing and hiking. Not the best way to start new disciplines, but I will try to stick to eating well, and exercise. It seems like every time I try to start a new exercise program, something comes up. Annual conference, vacation, a cold, a twisted knee. Or is it just my mind looking for excuses?
